The Grupo Patrimonial UISA-SAPI, based on Rambla Catalunya, is made up of two real estate companies, Union Inmobiliaria SA andSA de Propiedad Inmobiliaria.
Since the founding of SA de Propiedad Inmobiliaria in 1936, our business has consisted of renting out our own assets to third parties.
This heritage is made up of a broad portfolio of quality real estate assets, both residential and for office and commercial use in the center of Barcelona.
Our properties are located mainly in the Eixample district as well as in the Gracia, Sant Antoni and Sant Gervasi neighborhoods.
